Refunds & Exchanges

We addressed this briefly in the FAQ page as well! Feel free to just reach out if you have any other questions. Every case is different, we get it & we will try our best to work it out with you!

Our Policy
(U.S. Customers only)

  • We accept returns and exchanges in the same condition as merchandise was purchased, up to 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt/order number. Please do not mail back an item before reaching out first or the item will not be accepted!

  • Items without receipts/order numbers are eligible for exchange only.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping if an item needs to be returned/exchanged.

  • No redos for customized pieces but are eligible for exchange only.

Exclusions

Returns are accepted for most products with the exception of the following:

  • Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale on the product page.

  • Sale items: Any item marked at a discount of 50% or greater is considered final sale

  • Personalized jewelry: Any custom or stamped items.

  • Special, custom or made to order products

Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page. Please read this carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds can take up to two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

International Customers

If you purchased a piece but reside overseas, it would be considered a final sale item. We're so sorry we can't accept returns right now from our international customers as we don't ship overseas just yet! 

Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping times are estimated according to USPS priority mail guidelines.​ Every purchase comes with USPS priority shipping with tracking.​ Please note that USPS no longer offers First Class mail service.

How long will the mail take?

We could take 1 to 4 days to get an order shipped out.​ I wish I had firm answers for you! Lately, everytime I go to the post office, I've been getting different answers! ​

It's been awhile &
my package
is still not here!

  • It's such a bummer when this happens! If your package hasn't arrived, the first thing you should do is follow up with your local post office. Once it's been shipped, it's out of our hands and the postal service is in charge of it, including trying to locate it.

  • Check the tracking information on your package that you received in your shipping email. This will clue you in on the location of the package.

  • Contact your local post office. Sometimes packages get held up at the post office.

  • If you're still unable to track down a package or they say it's been delivered and it hasn't, the last step is to fill out a missing mail form with USPS.

  • If you have tried all of these steps, you can reach out to us to see if it has been returned to us, but if it was, we most likely would have contacted you about it already. If it is returned to us because of information wrongly entered at check out, we will reship it to you at the regular cost of shipping.​

FAQ

How is your jewelry made?

  • Our pieces are designed and created by hand here in Honolulu, Hawaii. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and occasionally duplicated (usually the classic pieces). That's part of what makes our jewelry so special. As many stones/beads are organic in nature, the texture, evenness, and sometimes symmetry of size vary from the pictures.​

  • Often times, our pieces have unique back stories of how they were sourced. The process differs among pieces. We forge, stamp, hammer, solder, wire wrap etc. 

What is your jewelry made out of & how do I care for it?

Our jewelry is mostly made of sterling silver, vermeil (gold plating over sterling silver) and sometimes mixed metals that include brass, copper or pewter. (components may not be 100% nickel free.)

To delay oxidation with prolonged wear, please avoid regularly exposing your jewelry to water, sun, & perfume.

Our choice materials may include: Genuine pearls, crystals, glass, ceramic, resin, jade, semi-precious gemstones etc.
 

Personal hack/tip: To polish sterling silver pieces, I use a jewelry cloth or lightly wash using a soft toothbrush with a tad of white toothpaste or dishwash soap. Rinse well, pat & blow dry! For gold filled pieces, I use the same washing process!

Can I pick up my online order in your store if I live locally?

We do not have local pickup locations at this time but let's have a convo to work something out!

Do you ship internationally?

Not right now but we hope to figure out a cost & time efficient option in the future.

Our designers have carefully and lovingly created each of the pieces we offer, therefore we do not accept changes or additions to our previously made jewelry.

Oh no! something broke! I lost one side! What should I do?

Please reach out & let us know what happened & we'll see what can be done! Replacing a lost earring (for a fee) will be dependent on if the beads are available, if not, we'll see if we can make it into a charm or pendant for you!

This website offers visitors handcrafted artisan jewelry pieces & art cards.
